"Emersion in Africa"
First time in Pretoria Seminar By Vadim Dobrin

  • Learn essential wilderness survival and vital bushcraft skills including (making shelter, making fire, getting water, getting food, practical first Aid, orientation, observation and navigation day and night).
    # Camouflage and concealment.
    # Psychological conditioning used in training of Spetsnaz soldiers (in the water and in the forest, day and night)
    # Building true combat mind and spirit
    # Unique Systema Hand-to-hand and Close Quarter drills in water and forest, standing or on the ground, against one or multiple attackers.
    # Practical use of conventional and improvised weapons and weapons disarming.
    # Work in and around car (Anti hijacking drill).
    # Natural healing methods of our bodies, rejuvenating and healing methodic and more.
  • A wholesome immersion for the mind, body and spirit.
    Set in a stunning area of Free State this camp is much more than just a martial arts training, or outdoor camp experience. The camp is opportunity to learn and practice unique skill and test your limits. For four days you will live a very simple existence. Training, eating, sleeping and learning all in the company of like minded people.
    This will leave you feeling more not less connected with nature, Systema, other practitioners and yourself.
    Four days of detailed demonstration, individual , in pares or in group drills and exercises will cover:
    1. Survival in the wild: provision of food, water, fire, shelter etc.
    2. Foundation of orientation and navigation in the bush (day/night)
    3. Water drills, river crossing, rope-work
    4. Camouflage, cover, concealment
    5. Use of surrounding in hand to hand combat/multiple attack
    6. Weapons training/disarming/ knife and shovel throwing
    7. Work with and around vehicle/ Personal safety/Anti-hijack
    8. Foundation of individual First Aid (trauma)
  • Individual equipment required:
    1. Sleeping bag*
    2. Mess kit and eating utensil(spoon)*
    3. 2L Water bottles x2*
    4. Good knife (fixed blade)*
    5. Few meters of rope and/or para-cored
    6. Garbage bag x2
    7. Roll of thin steel wire (+_2m)
    8. Small torch or head lamp
    9. Traveling clothes (Civilian!)
    10. Training clothes (few t-shirts, long sleeve top)
    11. Two pares of shoes (trainers and boots)
    12. Few pares of socks *
    13. Poncho or thin rain jacket
    14. Hat or cap*
    15. Small note book and pencil*
    16. Personal medic pouch:
    a). Bandage roll,
    b). Few small plasters or small roll of plaster tape
    c). Small anti-septic cream
    17. Toothbrush and soup (optional)
  • NOTE:
    1. Avoid bright colors selecting your equipment!
    2. Anything that is not on the list is have to be declared before departure!
    (DOT try to hide extra items or food)
    3. Very important items on the equipment list marked *
    4. Every practitioner will receive a shovel for the duration of Camp
    (if you loose it, you will buy new one)
  • Every participant will be issued with the fallowing equipment provided by SYSTEMA.co.za HQ for the duration of the camp:
    Ration pack (similar to the ones used by the Russian reconnaissance units)
    Systema SA Back-packs
    Sleeping mat
    Water bottle
    Russian military shovel
  • All other equipment used by practitioners at the camp will be provided by Systema South Africa:
    rope, harnesses, carabiners
    training knives, training rifles, handguns etc.

4 Days and Nights of Systema Survival/Training Camp
Based on training of the Russian Special Operation Units.

A wholesome immersion for the mind, body and spirit.

    orientation, observation and navigation (day/night)

  • Obstacle drills (in the water and in the forest, day/night)
  • Unique Hand-to-hand and Close Quarter Combat drills in water and
    forest,standing or on the ground, day/night.
  • Practical use of weapons and weapons disarming
    (weapons including military shovels, knives, ropes etc. all supplied).
  • In and around car/Anti hijacking drills.
  • Natural healing methods of our bodies and rejuvenation.
  • Building combat mind and spirit.

Space is limited, so you need to reserve your place.

CAMP SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS Ideal for beginners and advanced students due to
the progressive nature of the training, building from basic concepts to advanced
levels. It is also suitable for all fitness levels.

Back pack 20-30L*
Sleeping bag*
Sleeping mat
Mess kit and eating utensils*

Good knife (fixed blade)*
Few meters of rope or para-cored
Garbage bag
small +_50x50mm transparent plastic bag
Roll of thin steel wire (+_2m)
Small torch or head lamp
Traveling clothes (Civilian!)
Training clothes:
few t-shirts, long sleeve top
Two pairs of shoes (trainers and boots)
Socks (2 or 3 pairs)*
Poncho or thin rain jacket
Hat or cap*
Personal medic pouch:

small anti-septic cream Small note book and pencil

* any additional meds should be cleared with the instructor before departure.

NOTE:
